- All divisions will have a time limit. No new innings will start after 1.5hr. If the home team is winning there is no last bat. Semi-final games for the Mite and Squirt divisions have a time limit. Semi-final games for the Novice and Bantam/Midget divisions are 5 innings. There is no time limit but pitchers have a 3 inning maximum.
- If extra innings are called for, a pitcher’s innings can be extended: 1 pitching inning per every 2 extra innings played. All extra innings will be open. For example: A pitcher who has pitched 4 out of 7 innings can pitch the 9 th, 11 th, 13 th…but not the 8 th, 10 th …innings!
- The Plate Umpire will call the last inning to be played and it shall be played in its entirety, unless the home team is winning. Calling for and agreeing upon the open inning is the responsibility of the coaches.
- The Finals will be complete games with no time limit: 5 innings for the Mite and Squirt divisions and 7 innings for the Novice and Bantam/Midget divisions.

- The home team is decided by coin flip by the Plate Umpire. The home team for Semi-final and Final games will be determined by standings during the tournament. The home team scorekeeper will be considered the official scorekeeper. It is advised that both teams keep score.
- Teams may call up players from a lower division with permission from the player’s coach. Call-ups can only play if a team does not have 9 players on the game roster. Once the call-up starts the game, she may finish even if a ninth player shows up after the start of a game.
